Invite Finals

Well their have been alot of predictions for the league. Many right, but many wrong as well. A number of teams have either left the ladder or been kicked for misconduct. Now I believe a fairly accurate prediction can be made for division winners and playoff teams.

Eastern Conference:

Atlantic Theater-
1.Defy or BoRo (Should be Boro)
2.Defy or BoRo (Defy v Dios game will decide whos 1&2)
3.HP (Will lose to BoRo, toss up with NwO)
4.Dios (Also lose to BoRo, toss up with Defy)
(1st or 2nd doesnt really matter because Defy wont be able to beat BoRo come playoff time)

Pacific Theater-
1.FnE (They beat F|H and they clench div)
2.aM (should be able to win their remaining games)
3.Lord (Still has to play Nq and F|H)
4.F|H (Behind too many points to place any higher)
(Close Race amongst top 3, should be real close)

Western Conference:

Atlantic Theater-
1.KO (should go undefeated in remaining sched)
2.LnL (also should sweep last games)
3.WTF (No one below their rank will beat them)
4.TMM (should take 4th but boa is close behind)

Pacific Theater-
1.HFE (If they beat IRA, their overall record will get #1)
2.IRA (Still has HFE, TwF could also make problems)
3.RoTN (have been playing well, beat DBZ they have 3rd)
4.TwF or DBZ (TwF still has to play HFE and IRA which could throw DBZ in fourth who doesnt have as tough of a schedule, DBZ most likely takes 4th)

(Maybe the toughest division, things could get mixed up you never know)

Semifinals:

Eastern-

BoRo v FnE

Western-

KO v HFE

The standings are messed up because what i was told if there is a tie...head to head gets looked at first so technicly RoTN is in 2nd....So we will see

Hmmm, dont be so sure of yourself. I think when we play them on an obj map it will be rather close.. but dont mark my words anything can happen

Obviously they you will be closer matched with OBJ rather than RDB. Forgot to mention that.

You forgot the surprise 4th in the Western Pacific Theater...

I do give props to TRK they played very well against IRA and I would have placed you in top four but you only have 11 points, though nothings out of the question.

Actually after evaluating the final 3 weeks, here's my analysis...

1. IRA, HFE and TwF all have to play each other still, so all 3 teams have 2 very tough matches out of 3(nothing against the other team in their lineups).

2. If RoTN beats DBZ, they are my pick to be on top after this sh*tstorm(their playing lately has been excellent), especially if the above teams listed kick the crap out of each other. Plus, TRK will have a real shot into the top 3 or 4 spot.

3. If RoTN loses to DBZ, then I think DBZ has a real shot at top 3(that's if they can pull one out against us on week 8).

4. Like I said pre-season, our division is the toughest, and now that we've played 4 out of the top 5 teams already, we have a real shot into the finals...

You also have to look at records. IRA has 5-0-1, HFE 4-1-1, RoTN 4-1-1, DBZ is 4-0-1-1 (what is N category?), TRK 2-3-1. No offense at all to TRK but that will be difficult to improve upon so quickly. I feel that IRA will fall to HFE in their match putting HFE as #1. Then its possible that TwF loses to both IRA and HFE putting DBZ as 3rd or 4th. It seems most likely the highest TRK could place would be 5th, unless they beat DBZ in that case which is their hardest opponent left. Not to take anything away from TRK they are great, seems as though they just had a tough beginning.

Omega we are in second if the season was to end today. Only way HFE gets first is if we lose one and or three way tie for first making it go 1st HFE...2nd RoTN....3rd IRA...If you read playoff format it goes by head to head then number of rounds won...

Actually you are in 3rd, HFE has a better Round won percentage than you do. Their is just too many possible scenarios in your division to contemplate. Frankly it gives me a headache to think about, just keep second guessing myself.

two things....

1. I don't forsee |Hp| losing anything during the season with their new talent.

2. KO will get ousted first round of playoffs.

I will agree that Hp prolly does have a considerable chance with BoRo, didnt notice all the players they had on their roster until after I posted. Although I dont see KO losing first round of playoffs.

I don't follow the results close enough to tell you what will happen exactly....but we play IRA (V2) and RoTN (The Bridge)...if you know ((cOv)) you know we play very well on both of those maps (hell thats all we play on our servers...lol). We are not making the playoffs but we will spoil some teams road there. 1-5...we are playing opossum.

As to my knowledge this guy isnt BoRo since lysis says he registered a new name. Maybe he just took a look at all the AA TWL ladders and picked us. For some reason we seem to have great success on this ladder. Also if you went by records which this guy did all he did was pick favorites to win.

4.Average Rounds won in matches played (Forfeit wins dont count because no rounds were played. TDM and OBJ maps will be averaged seperately and added together.)

i thought it was the other way around lol - TRK's best map is round based DV - they said so themselves. IRA is a TDM team struggling to stay in first place. if anything IRA rose to occasion to tie TRK.

still it was a great match. we had to kill 3 TRK people in the final 25 seconds to get the tie.

i hope TRK does get into the playoffs with us so we can play again as not only are they good, but they are polite, on time, and a great group of guys.

gl to all teams last 3 weeks. should be a lot of fun no matter what happens!

Thank you for pointing that out, impact.......these choices were obviously not looked into very well......especially our division (CROSS EYED SNIPERS - same div. as BORO) seeing as to how we (CES) have already won vs both DIOS and HP.......how can we NOT get in top 4.........hmmmmm.

We beat u guys twice in this league right? pre season and then regular season... im sure with the new ppl Hp has they would take u guys to the cleaners
