is there a way to convert demos to avi or something?

Ive got an awesome ET demo all of you would love, and If i can make it a universal format, im sure everyone would appreciate it, especially me.

// ScreenShot Capture ON/OFF
bind UPARROW "cl_avidemo 30" // Start capture
bind DOWNARROW "cl_avidemo 0" // Stop capture
// ScreenShot Capture
bind DEL "cl_avidemo 15" // Capture at half speed
bind END "cl_avidemo 30" // Capture at normal speed
bind PGDN "cl_avidemo 60" // Capture at double speed

then convert ss to avi with jpgvideo
