** ET Stopwatch Timelimits **

A lot of people have been asking how to change the server's timelimit in a fashion that server admins or referees won't have to do any fancy console commands to accomplish. Being that our Stopwatch ladder uses 50% of the ET default timelimits, we've been trying to devise a solution. Here it is:

Server admins, simply place this pk3 file in your server's et/etmain/ folder, and restart. While this pk3 file is in the etmain folder, default map times will be changed to the Stopwatch ladder defaults, which is currently 50% of ET default.

I've tested this pk3 on a server of my own, and it works fine. If you have a Campaign ladder match, you'll need to move this pk3 file OUT of the etmain folder and restart to revert back to ET default timelimits.

I'd imagine the ET admins will require this file for Stopwatch matches.
Just curious... couldn't the same thing be accomplished
using the ET_TourneyMod's per map configs...

e.g.

in the primary .cfg, do

set g_mapConfigs "."

and then in the ET_TourneyMod folder have
a .cfg for each... e.g.

battery.cfg
-----------
set g_usertimelimit "10"

fueldump.cfg
-----------
set g_usertimelimit "15"

etc.

???

Seems like if you did it that way
you could just:

unset g_mapConfigs

[or perhaps 'set g_mapConfigs ""']

to go back to campaign mode timelimits.

the pk3 was put together before ET_TourneyMod existed. I'm not even aware if g_mapconfigs would even work server-side.. perhaps someone could give it a try and report back here.
