To Better Accommodate Current and Future TWL ET Ladder Teams
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
TWL is now officially allowing teams to use almost any team size format they wish for our TWL ET Stopwatch Ladder. Currently were supporting a 5v5 format. We are well aware that most teams now prefer the 6v6 format, so we will now allow teams signed up for our current ladder to play 6v6 if both teams can agree.
Also to better ensure more matches are taking place. Provided both teams can agree, we will also allow teams to play with as small a roster combination as 3v3/4v4 or the standard 5v5. Meaning its possible to play TWLs ET SW Ladder with a 3v3 format. However BOTH teams must agree before the match. Obviously this agreement must take place using the match coms or prior arrangements before match night.
If a team can not manage to field the required minimum of 4 players to play 5v5, then if both teams agree, you can play 3v3 or 4v4 and so on. As long as matches take place thats what we want to see. If both teams agree to play 6s then the minimum amount a team can play with would be 5s. Etc.
We also have uploaded the latest version of the Global Config to TWLs downloads page from the previous version we had loaded. Feel free to update servers as needed.
Also note weve been discussing opening an official TWL 3v3 SW ladder as well as other options depending on what the remaining community wants. Just make your voice heard on TWLs ET Forums!
