Defending against a missing Clan

Im sorry to bother you, but COVALICIOUS challenged my team. we accepted their challenge, and they never picked a date, we chose Sat 26 and Sun 27. they never replied. the 48 hours has passed, and the dates have also passed. Their challenge is still there, and they have not forfeited. Is there anything I can do, or that maybe you can help me with.

Thanks alot.
