Question about smurfing.

Ok, I have read over the rules. This might be a stupid question, but honestly, its only a question I have.

1) Is a team allowed to be in several ladders, like one team 1v1, 3v3, and 6v6?

2) Is it considered smurfing if one person is on the same team, in different ladders, 1v1, 3v3, 6v6?
e.g.
1v1 John

3v3 John, Someone, Someoneelse

6v6 John, Someone, Someoneelse, anothersomeone, etc

Question 1 Yes
Question 2 No

As long as said player isnt on two different 3v3 teams, or two different 6v6 teams (can be in the 6v6 league and ladder too) you're OK.
