NoQuarter Ladder Support

As mentioned above, I want to get a NoQuarter ladder going. Would like to know everyone's thoughts no it, settings suggestions, etc.

I'm not dead-set on NoQuarter (although I am 95% set on it) so if you have a particular affinity for ETPub or JayMod, then voice your opinions.

Right now, I'm thinking 5v5 with XP, poison needles, goomba kills, and all the extra weapons of NoQuarter; venom included. It's up to everyone else ultimately, though.

I'm for it. I'm sure K4F could start up a NQ team as we had some members in the past that liked to play NQ. What would the restrictions be like with the rnade and venom etc... Also, would there be more mines? I love mines.

mines would slow the game down, which is the opposite of what NQ aims for.

I wish the powerball ladder got the support. Its unfortunate since its a lot more fun than any other mod out there, aside from etpro.

The challenge is to find a balance between all the new NQ features, and trying not to make it too spammy and double fullholds ahoy. I don't think mine counts would've changed.

As much as I'd like to enable guided panzers, I think that would unbalance things a bit TOO much.

also ELC clan is looking foward for this we have 1 server NQ hosted in 2.55 called SAW benginers NQ(all in the clan are twl players or just play2.60 u ill never find an ELC there)

lol sorry for ice he usually speak spanish but yeah a lot of etpub clan can be interrested playing againt good team in a competition environnement instead of getting pwned on etpro lol i like the idea

Our clan is down for NQ ladder. Limit it to 1 of each heavy per team. No guided panzer please. Limit mines to 5. My 2 cents. 8v8 or at least 6v6 ladder.

I'm personally looking forward to this, I am the master NQ server admin for *Evil* so it'll be great to get people in my server practicing for TWL. The hitboxes are great. Also, I would definitely turn needles on since the animation is great for being able to pick up medpacks. I suggest not being able to heal yourself though. So far that's the only suggestion I have. My clan founder and I are setting up something that would be TWL like, you can check it out at 72.5.248.205. I can send you the server config if you'd like also.

The only things I'm curious about is how fast xp is gained, or if a no-xp system with certain upgrades already achieved will be used.

What I mentioned in my first post was the thoughts I had flowing around in my head. XP would be ON, however it wouldn't be full like it was back in season 1.

Poison needles @ level 9 light weaps right? Does that mean I'll have to triple dink everyone to get to use it?

I was just wondering if there will be 'set' extras that are already 'gained' at the start. I dunno how to word that correctly, lol...

i will vote yes for NQ only due to seeing that 97% of my clan plays NQ regularly on both our Euro and US Baserace server. though...if we allow all weapons to be used...i would like the shotgun effect to be lowered...a 1 shot 1 kill is fucked up...especially since you have to do a quadruple dink to get that triple dink effect...but thats my two sense in that.

please tell me ELC guen isn't in TWL as he should be banned for hacking/smurfing (ie joining more than 1 team on TWL per ladder and several pb violations on the MBL).

As far as NQ goes the command map doesn't bloody work so I consider it a failed mod til they fix that glitch (ok so I'm a covert ops nut but a screwed up command map really hurts that class).
