Phase 1: Open Bunker
- 2 routes: Side hallway or thru the dynoable Main gate
- Capturable flag in the ammo depot
- Once bunker door is blown, the flag becomes permanent axis
Phase 2: Cap Codes
- Code module (1) must be taken from Bunker 2 to the command console
- 2 routes: Lower halls or upper tunnel
- Once codes are capped, the two sets of hanger doors will open
- The CP flag in the radar station starts out as allied owned. Axis can spawn there if they build the CP
Phase 3: Dyno V2 Rocket
- 2 primary routes: over the North launch ramp or via the connector tunnel from the South hanger
- 2 ways to get to the North launch ramp: over the pass from the CP or via the allied spawn complex
Tactical considerations
- Once the allies know the codes are lost, they MUST fall back quickly to set up the defense of the V2
- Devoting all of your attention on fighting over the CP almost guarantees a weak defense vs push from South Launch Ramp
- Some teams have had considerable success attacking thru the main gate and securing the radar station first, before pushing to capture codes
- Allies have to choose between diluting D by pushing defenders out to South Ramp but gaining time or concentrating on the hanger and risking a single good push from the axis
- Axis attacking from the CP can set up a good overwatch position to thin allied reinforcements running from spawn to the V2 hanger
- Attackers can also send engies over to wait at the hanger doors in anticipation of a cap, sacrificing firepower on the obj team for time
Phase 1: Open Gate
- Two part objective: fix truck (1.5 chargebar) and cap the box of explosives
- Once these two conditions are met, the truck will automatically run into the gate
- Capturable spawn flag is right behind the axis team door
Phase 2: Drain Coolant
- 3 main routes: via west security door, via east security door, and via vents
- Security doors are BOTH dyno objectives AND team doors
- Destroying the coolant controls, which sits between the two towers, causes the coolant to start draining. Rebuilding controls will make the towers refill
- Once the controls are destroyed for the first time, flag becomes permanent allies
- Each coolant tower takes 30 seconds to drain. Once fully drained, they never refill
Tactical considerations
- This is a very Covert and Engy intensive map
- Axis need to be alert for covert sneaks :: if a covert sneaks thru and satchels controls, allies gain the flag permanently and can put the axis very badly out of position
- Obj runners can take a bit of a risk and run back up the slope and into the allied spawn - there is a ramp that will take you halfway to the truck
Hope this helps.
