Player Banned for Cheating

On this election day, I would like to announce that I have voted

off the TWL island. He joined Sinners Revolution last week, and played in one match (last night vs. jla). The results of that match will be overturned. SinR were not aware, and are removing him from the team. This should not reflect poorly on them.

my apologies to the [jla] guys. my apologies to everyone actually. we didn't really suspect hacks to be behind his good shooting, because he didn't stick out like a sore thumb. etpro and pb never made a peep, and his acc never really broke 40ish.

p.s. my god who the fuck can cheat with such fuckin screen clutter? christ.

That's why we need to push for ETPRO 3.2 NOW! and not later since it it catches 99% of the hack's out there..

damn, as guerilla said, my apologies to jla, we had no clue this was happening and as you might have read guerilla found out about another member using hacks and has since kicked him. Once again I would like to say on behalf of myself and the rest of sinners that we are truly sorry about this.

Make it so he has to switch ISP's, buy a new CD key (game), and start his career over again. Make him spend some $

banning all of those does nothing... at least for people using road runner... If you turn off your modem and unplug it for 12 hours, it will assign you a new IP addy... :x

Your right but if the word is out people will know about this player.... It help's more than it does nothing..

It's a pity that they wouldn't allow bani to charge a pittance for a keyed version of the ETpro mod, Mebbe a buck or two, that wouldn't kill anyone, but if you kept getting kicked for hacking, the costs would add up quick. I know its probably not allowed because of the EULA for the original game, but....I think it would help, so you get kicked 2 weeks in a row, suddenly the *free* game costs you 20 bucks.

heh, we have paid alot for new glasses over at HAM fuzion .

In any case, it's a pity that people think they need to cheat in this game. I don't see how it can fulfill the competitive drive of anybody knowing they aren't really as good as other people think they are.

Ugh...this is very late, but I want to apologize to JLA and to the rest of the ET community for this fiasco. But please note that the rest of the team is not like these other two. I've not really met the other guy but I have met Velocity and thought he was a nice guy. Gah...I really need to get back online fulltime :s. Durinia...sorry about the trouble.

Rapier...it's one loss...granted you guys won it...but it wouldn't be fair if he had indeed used a hack in the match . Just try to work harder next time, for next week's match hon .

Guerilla, thank you for keeping your head up with the other stuff. I really appreciate everything you guys are doing in my absence, and I hope to get back online with the team soon.
