Are you planning on a Beta West Team for next season? Please post your team here in this thread. We need at least 6 teams to have a west only division. Please keep in mind even with 6 teams you will either have to play teams in your division twice or be asked to play some matches at an earlier time against a central team.

Enigma will play west. Even if it means playing in the same division as thoes sanrio whores.

LBL is hardly scriming at all due to roster issues. Unless that chnges they should probably be left beta. But i guess i should shutup and let them speak for themselves.

I would rather they play in West Beta then us not playing at all Even though they are better than us...

pubstar (pub*) will be most likely to be in TWL-beta upcomming season, and we are west.

LBL is currently undecided what we're doing for this upcoming season. With school starting back for some us, and work picking up for the rest of us, we're all a little short in the free time department. I think most of us are trying to make it work and get back into the action, but we're still kind of up in the air at the moment.

TBH Sonic I think you guys should have the option to Play in Beta. Our team is a team that at most scrims once a week. If you guys end up being that type of Clan I hope they don't force you in Alpha when your less active..

Right now we are trying to use the CAL season to restructure and get back into some sort of a regular scrim basis (although nowhere near the 6-10 scrims we played each week last season). It's possible that some of our newer players won't be able to handle the later times as well. (Especially if adsurdly long maps like GR stay in the rotation.)

Personally, now that we're playing in invite, I'd rather just stick with the same crowd competition wise and be moved to alpha. There are definately some good looking teams in the beta west division though and I'm sure there will be some awesome matches. I know Enigma has been playing a lot and depending on when TWL actually starts the regular season they also might be ready for alpha by the time things get started...

for the record, I want people to know that everyone will be lumped together in Central for pre-season (div 4 != West).

However, once you post here, We'll know who you are, and we'll get you matched up against other west teams in pre-season.

dont make a west division.. my opinion.. it will mess a lot up and last season there was barely any teams on central... now there is gonna be like 30 on east 15 on cent and like 6 on west... there is no point....... think over this carefully b4 u actually decide to do this

uh...yeah how about make westdivision but half west so after have all the match with west we are moved to central. This could make a lot of extra work uh...yeah if there is not many central team then, maybe this isn't good idea.

the west division is part of the central conference. Just like last season. It won't take away from Central.

Pacific Northwest - PNW| will participate. We are a west coast team located solely in the Pacific time zone. Central time is for farmers - I should know, I came from Illinois.

Ok guys please understand we need you to make all attempt's to stay together as a team. Dropping out if you lose games will hurt the other team's and they may be merged into with the rest of the Central teams and have to play at 7:30 pst. As far as last season I know the start times are 9:30 pst. I'm not saying your gonna lose but it has happen int he past for West Divsion..

We may get lucky and get a few more team for this.

BTW pubstar is only going to play regular season it seems, and PNW is unsure about playing regular season...

Preparing for new maps is too hard for us since we don't even have strat for most of stock maps and need to prepare for CAL.

Agreed on not dropping out.

No, I know PNW clan b/c we play against each other a lot in pubs and some came from same background. Anyway, they aren't sure about going in the reg season b/c of time issue for practicing etc...however i am not in place to talk about this anyway so just telling it's not 100% although they are playing pre-season.

Left<- is also west. West match pings would be pretty.

N4RC would play west if the start time wasn't so late. Not bad for me personally but it is for most of us. Seeing as how our server is in Seattle lots of central teams don't like it.

We're still not sure on whether we will field a league team or not. If we do, I'll post here again and we'll be playing in West.

Thanks for the response Seph, but PNW is planning to participate in league play during the regular season. Please count us in for the West Coast division.

I hope so. Its just that when ppl don't show up for stuff it gets hard on everyone to even wanna play. Need to do house cleaning of the deadbeats.

our starter consists of 100% west coasters but we wont be taking preseason too seriously or even playing it with cal taking most of our time.

we would be doing the west division, but we'll most likely going to go with central because of scrim times, among other things.

Then why not scrim Central and play West? Sorry me confused. Slap Marius for me woudl ya?

The entire reason OS ever played in the Western divs in RtCW was for the late start times. You guys should promote that. Say you're willing to play on central servers like dfw and denver if they're willing to start late.
