problem watchign some demos

its somthing with the gravity i guess. the guy will be going for the flag and go way over it, then just teliport onto the flag and be off. or be walking around and fall down a hole, then jump to somewhere. how do i fix this. also when somone snipes, they will be zoomed in somwhere way off from the guy then just pop into place when they shoot. its not happymod

Kinda sounds like the demo author had IP?

Or at least that is the description I am familiar with.

If the demo viewer doesn't have IP but the author does, would that result in this type of viewing?

I don't think it would make a difference or it would be very easy to catch ip users.

The reason I posted the demo patch is that it came out when classic fucked up demo's gravity like he is saying. You get the jumpy, looks like its missing stuff when you don't use the demo viewer. Sounds like that to me.

Nah...my demos used to do that crap...very annoying when it looks like you are jetting into the stratosphere.
