How exactly do I contact an Admin?

I dueled a guy named XCannon in the T2 duel ladder but he never reported the loss and now I'm being challenged by someone but I don't have the win recorded and I haven't moved up in rank.

Go to IRC. irc server = irc.dynamix.com
Then to channel #twl
Or. Go to the staff page and email the admin of your ladder.
