SpawnCTF installation question?

I can't find any readme on tw, or in the zip file that explains how to install spawn ctf. I know a couple of people who run servers that have had problems with it. I've also heard somethine about having to install it to classic folder. Can someone please explain what exactly is required?

extract to classic folder...restart server. That should be all

That is what we thought and tried. Does not work.
