Does anyone give a rats ass about the research site being public?

If noone is using it, Ill just remove public access and make it private only again....

I think it would be better if you could choose the two teams to compare then just being the #1 and the team who challenges them.

Privately we can. I released this in a limited fashion to the public. My point is simply if its not being used like it is, then Ill pull it... thats all.

I like the whole concept. The only problem is that there isn't very easy access to your site. It's damn cool, but its not popular becuase there is no easy links to it

by easy links, you mean from other t2 sites like TWL?

edit: If TWL was interested, I could certainly provide them with the link structure to place on a ladder view page, but Ive made it only work for T2 and CTF currently, and the suggestion was made it be stickied before and hasnt, so I assume thats not an option...

I think it is pretty cool. Wish it went past the top 10 on matches to reseach for 14 man but it is still pretty cool.

better bone up on Quag for your match against Zoo... looks like they average a 5 to 3 win of quag even against teams theyve lost the match to, while 311's 14 man classic career on Quag includes highlights of exactly 1 cap.

if this has been done in error, post your thoughts here and Ill consider putting it back up... My intention for releasing this was thinking the community would like the idea and use it, possibly even spurring some excitement into the top 10 teams matches and I dont think its done that. Maybe its cause noone knows... possibly... but I bet if someone posted an actual link to HM2 on this board and it stayed for just 30 seconds, everyone and their mom would have it downloaded in an hour.

Just my thoughts...

How is that Democracy? Only one guy that's posted in this thread has said "TAKE IT DOWN" and you comply? Otherwise it looks as if you're disappointed you didn't get more responses to this thread.

Is that our fault? Maybe if you had picked a better title than "Curious about something" which doesn't sound like it has anything to do with your site. I admit I probably would have skipped over it too. Perhaps "Opinions: TWL Research Site" would have obtained the response you desired?

I appreciate the effort that you've put forth, and I'm sure post of the people who have taken the time to read this thread probably feel the same. Taking it down because not enough people use it may be a valid reason, but making it private and throwing it in our face doesn't help anyone but your team and makes you look like the only kid with the football.

But seriously, it's a pretty damn cool little thing that Scorp whipped up Would be nice to see it integrated with TWL somehow, as an additional site feature. Would be a nice addition to the 'rant' boards maybe

TWL search site? What is this and where is it I'm sure it must be pretty cool, and if it does what I think it does (forum search?) then yeah it would be worth integrating into TWL, IMO
