Funky Mortar Trail - Question

Darnit.. I can't remember the topic to go back and ask the person. But this is my question.





Who made these mortar trails? I can't remember the name of the person for the life of me.

where can i DL this in blue?

how on earth did he get it all red with no trace of green? ive tried every form of alpha layer and transparency, all my trails still have green added to them, even when its a completely different color than green ;\

at a certain distance you begin to notice the green. but up close it's good to go i believe.

hmm... got a link for that trail Evil? I wouldn't mind usin' it (with a recolour)

the green is a particle effect produced by the exe. only way to hide it is improve the solidity of the graphic or boost saturation i think.

yeah, since its tinted by the game engine its hard to recolor. I haven't really tried, but I'd bet by choosing the right color to combine with the green you could get fair reproductions of other colors if you use high saturation.

you can't change it mav, there is one morter server side file that adds one file of smoke, so it will always be a little green.

That's my trail...and yes, the exe adds green to the trail and there is no way to get rid of it. you can only see the green from longer distances tho. was that all you needed (to know who made it), napkin?
