Which ones work the best? Optical or ball and which models? I have a crappy microsoft intellimouse and I want to get a new one. I don't want to make any stupid decisions, pls help.
I'm sure this has been posted somewhere before, but there are too many pages to look through!

I use the Logitech MX700 and it works great for gaming.

that logitech wireless one is tight, it has its own charger and it has this techonogly for when you move your mouse really quick it wont go all weirdo on you.

Ya I've heard good things about the logitech mx series before.. I think I'm gonna go with one of those. Thanks for the advice.

the mx700 has improved wireless technology big time. its like double the bandwidth as previous versions and i think i read in the review that it's pretty seemless now. assuming there's no interference.

actually, while that mouse is a great improvement over wireless mice in the past, it is still rather bulky and misses some motion at times.

great mouse for surfing/work but not quite ready for gaming.

I returned mine and exachanged it for the Mx300 and have been quite pleased.

I tried a Razer Boomslang (top version). It was great at first but is a bitch to keep clean.

I know use a Logitech optical and its as good as the Razer.

Guess that explains why I suck! Dont generalize. If you havent used the mx700, then you dont know what you are talking about. Everyone I have spoken with that uses it, absolutely loves it. It fucking rocks.
