So this kinda sucks. I had a fully typed out prediction post already made and ready to go that I saved onto a flash drive and then my brother erased over it. Then I had another one saved on the schools computers and for some reason it auto deleted. The fuck right?
Anyway I have an hour to kill until class so I figured I would take some time to do it all over again.
So anyway
just taking a look at the captains this is how I would rate them on a personal level
#1 Bran
#2 Morgor
#3 Anthem
#4 Fucko
#5 YWontUDie
#6 Heat
I think everyone can somewhat agree with that assessment, right? K. Moving along.
I have absolutely zero knowledge of the first week results and how the teams are actually doing, so this entire thread is just based off what I think about the roster lineups for each team and how they might work together.
Lets do the best first and the worst last
#1 Fucko (YTB)
Offense: 9
Defense: 9
I mean what can you really say about this team other than the fact that Fucco got some ridiculous good picks. Not only in the early rounds but also great picks for later rounds too.
Just a powerhouse of individual talent and versatility. Seems like this team would be capable of changing things up as much as they wanted and still do equally good in whatever strategy they ended up going with.
Would not be the least bit surprised if they ended up winning the entire tourney.
#2 Bran
Offense: 7
Defense: 8
Bran comes out in #2 because hes Bran. Very capable leader and very capable of bringing a team together. Though to be honest it looks like he screwed up some of his picks early on .. and even later on. Still a pretty good lineup and a great captain to bring them all together.
Really love seeing Haggis and EFX LDing together. Should be a pretty awesome combination and somewhat of an overwhelming factor for some of the not so great offensive teams in this tourney and even a good challenge for some of the better ones.
Can really see this team doing a lot on offense to with Bran leading everything in that area.
Should be a pretty good team either way you look at it.
#3 Morgor
Offense: 9
Defense: 6
This team is just ridiculous on offense. Talk about a HO train. I mean thats pretty much the entire offense, just a bunch of HO that are all pretty skilled (even the captain is a HO). I can imagine a lot of teams having a REALLY hard time on defense coming up against this team. The only problem I really see for this team is not having a stellar defense. That really could hurt them when it comes to flag defense and even having their offense being pushed out all the time.
Still they have a pretty decent defensive lineup and an all-star offensive line up so this looks like a pretty good team to me.
#4 Anthem
Offense: 7
Defense: 6
This team just seems like a clusterfuck of cappers to tell you the truth. Not only cappers but a clusterfuck of past captains that all are very capable of leading teams. I'm really surprised that Anthem ended up getting all these past captains, especcially in the later rounds. Should be a very well organized team that will probably end up doing great things. Also seems like they are pretty balanced out in terms of offense and defense.
Just picture a line of light cappers all running the same route. Some to clear and the others to zoom the fuck out of there. Pretty awesome I think.

I don't really know what to make of this team .. and to be honest I have rated them lower in my past write outs of this thread. Though taking a second look I think that the early picks like Rayne, verve, and kiler are all things to make this team jsut a little better than what people might think on paper. I mean shit you even have great later round picks like jsut, iDeally, and saKe (he playing?). Pretty awesome if you ask me. Also strike r is a great player. Base arena player and pretty unknown to the classic ctf community but I'm sure he will prove to be an absolutely amazing LD.
I think this is more of a "wait and see" type of team to see what they are capable of. Possibly more or possibly less.

Offense: 4
Defense: 3
Defense alone was rated a 6 just because I think mistcane is awesome and I him long time.
Offense, in terms of capping, looks absolutely amazing. Slush and Ziphar = awesome combination. Even with a shitty offense I think that they are capable of doing amazing things even on their owns. So even though this team has people like Guntehr and CoJack.. I think that this team still is capable of doing a lot more than everyone thinks.
Still, they are automatically the worst team in the tourney just because they have the ultimate trifecta of suck. Gunther, CoJack, and cirrus.
