... as to a Offensive Heavy Shielder.
These two positions require proper energy management, and good maneuvering/macro styles.
(General format: 10v10 or higher setting)
* Grab/Cap (multiple djs)
* With good style/energy management, you can move/or engage LD just as well as HO if not better.
* Mine/Nade with nade launcher can take out invos/gens just as well...
* Can clear deployables from afar just as well (zooming)
* With accurate aiming, nade launcher/cg from hill can clear/distract LOF just as good as a mortar if not better.
* The fact that you can easily go to an oob invo, and switch packs to cloak, sensor jammer, or e pack without having to respawn, enables for versatility as well.
* Can support cappers, by engaging chasers almost instantly. (something HO SHIELD can't do)
Sure its not as easy to shield as a Heavy Shield (HP wise) I played all 3 roles (HO,LO/M Shield) this past season However I found LO(shield), and Medium(shield) pretty much the most effective for clearing, distracting, capping, and even raping on occasions. I am not gonna disregard the fact that HO is not effective. Probably cause I enjoy shielding overall. Most of you are bad at shielding anyway, so I don't expect positive feedback on this lol.
