it's the concussion grenade that pathfinders get, it's called impact nitron or something like that.
if thrown at an enemy flag carrier, then yeah it shoved them a little bit away and knocks the flag off.
if you use it on yourself, even if you have the flag, it just boosts you and does 2 bars of damage to your health. you won't lose the flag by using it on yourself.

youtube automatically tags music by scanning the audio track and matching it to a company that owns rights to it.
youtube knows which companies have allowed or disallowed content, if it's disallowed youtube strips the audio track.
so...shorter answer is youtube takes care of it for you.

I was listening to a Pandora station, I didn't add the music after, I was listening to it while playing at the time...I can't separate game sounds from the song playing, it's all included as one track...but yeah I do agree with you.
