LoF = LoFL

To all who participants in renaming home LD to LoF:

1) LoF makes no sense if he's not ON the flag.
2) Positions naturally have responsibilities. Home LD's responsibilities include killing HO to keep the LD CHASE clean. He also escorts friendly cappers when they get home
3) I invented the capping position
4) Playmakers will win draft season #2

I hope you enjoyed this episode of Krash teaches Tribes to newbies. Stay tuned next week for how the capper position was invented after Krash.

I don't know who DO is, but he has his head on his shoulders and is going places.
how can u have invented capping when lonzo invented routes? lol

If youre going to boast something stupid like that then dream big, like you invented competition or invented tribes game. hehe
I play LoF. I stay on the flag. I switch to home d when my flag is gone.
I play LoF. When I fail to stop on the stand, I chase the FC. What am I?
DM: who the fuck is lonzo?
Justice: how does your health hold up when you are sitting ON (keyword "o" in "LoF") hold up when mortars are being spammed and cappers are MDing you as they come in?
[20:05] Krash_> i smoke pot and do pretty well at killing lofs
[20:05] slush> wat is a lof

good luck chasing a 300kph capper with half health... maybe you shouldn't have been in light standing on your flag?

sniped
So now LD who chase FC's are obsolete too (unless you're suggesting that the chasing LD, who might be 200m ahead of the flag stand, are in any better of a position to chase)? DJ's don't exist? Sniper rifles don't exist? CGing doesn't work?

Just stop. Epsilon was better at this anyway.

SC is mad because he can't snipe me... in addition to inventing the capper position, I invented the 'strafe at the apex of your parabola' move. Snipes are more predictable than light on flags getting MD'd by mediocre cappers.

Pretty sure everyone that plays t2 knows or has heard of Lonzo at some point

hmmm, correction...I play LoS(light on stand).

I'd say my health holds up better than the opposing capper(s) health.
Dear Troy, I beg to disagree. You may not remember details about the defense from our days of playing together, but I always made a huge point that there is no such thing as home LD or chase LD.

Some guys have different things to focus on sure, but I like to have teammates who make good decisions, and that often means choosing to be home or to chase or to go kill a HO on an ever-changing on-the-fly basis.

If you tell people their role is to fit into some kind of box they are more likely to play like robots and on a lower level.

Considering it is the only letter not capitalized, are you sure it is a keyword?
people who take T2 too serious ITT
I play LOF and generally stay home if the flag is off the stand. I only move out if I need to escort or chase within a certain zone.
everyone in this thread is fucking garbage except for me.

I see what you did there.
i don't understand what's going on here. why is it bad to call LD who play on the flag lof.
or wait, are people actually calling regular stay at home ld lof? i'm so confused.

Pronounced "Laugh"
Problem solved.

Troy, I have to just say that anyone who has played in a CTF game instantly becomes a capper/potential capper. AMIRITE?

I heard capping is the easiest position in the game...

Don't take me too seriously Meyog Dissension helps keep dying games alive when pure competition isn't enough.
"home LD" vs "LoF"

1 - home LD is like 17 letters to type. LoF +1
2 - LoF is a lame acronym that sometimes would need to be explained. Home LD +1
3 - Map depending, you could have non-chasing LD to curb baserape...or vice versa, a light flag fucker that just focuses on incoming cappers and action on the flag. Beggars run and damnation come to mind. Even.

Guess it doesnt matter. I dont think we made a case for either naming convention.
We should just call positions by what is in their loadout, like T:A.

No more LoF or stay home LD or chase LD, just "sniper class" or "chase class".
