team sdm warheros tourney team

I will be taking a more active role in helping my old buddy war. He stepped up to lead with not much leading exp and did well learning on the job.

Im sure alot of you think leading/managing a team is easy or u could do it. Well as alot of guys that have lead like myself will tell you its a pain in the dick sometimes. Its a ton of work with a team o er 7 ppl. Warhero learned fast it requires alot of exp to lead and organize a team. Our roster looked great on paper. But when u have key players not showing its a killer.


So instead of pussing out sdm will play our matches win or lose. War and I talked last night and I will take a more involved role to help get us back on track as best we can.

Sdm players....plz stop by irc and drop me an email and I will be sending out info on a day to day basis. All I need is yes or no for shit commin up.

Other team capts. We will prob be short on players and we may need subs to field a team. I hope that wont be a probl even if we got ringers it wont make that much of a diff as most of our key players are on vaca this Sunday.

I will be on later tonite bout 10ish to track most of u down. If u read this hop on irc and at least pm me or war ur email....all of u.

I am glad to hear the Warherox's team is still alive in this tourney.

I know what it is like to lead a team (did it in the old Quake/TF days) and I would not wish that on anyone - you guys do know why captains volunteer don't you?
