holy fuck wtf just happened

so i just got done downloading virts skin pack, along with fps/ping huds and some IFFs off sling

and I'm playing in GH on white dwarf, then I hit my escape button (just to check the chat) and it takes me back to the browser, but I can still hear people in game (and whatever was going on around me when I hit the esc button)

so.. I decided to hit "join server" on GH instead of exiting the game

I rejoined the game, couldn't inv
some people were frozen in time as if they were lagging horribly while most of my team was fine
then I tried to inv, couldn't inv
then i got hit by a mortar in the face, and took no damage
started to realize i was a god
then I UE'd


wtf just happened o.x

the new RC2 check prevents HM2 and crashed your game.

im not running on RC2?

unless it comes with the default version of the multiplayer patch from tribesnext.com or its something thats in GH?

and i dont have hm2 anywhere on my computer.

nice try pal, but it will crash laptop users too
try 2 deleted .dso files and restart game, maybe something went wrong

well i doubted that it had anything to with what actually happened, because ive had random occurrences of where I hit the esc button and it goes back to the t2 browser instead of the esc screen (score, chat, vote).
