Instead of saying "we have a system in place.." or whatever nonsense your saying why don't you tell me why the current system is better than the one I'm proposing? I don't know about you, but I look at results to judge whether something is working. I also don't make the foolish assumption that there's only 1 way to do something. Your basically saying, we have a system in place and it's working, and whatever results we get is just the best we can do I guess. If this was some sort of situation where people could get fired from running PUs they'd probably also be getting payed for it and your ridiculous comments like "someone needs to crack the whip on these guys" might be a little less
