t2 weird problem

whenever i go to the voice binds menu or the command console, a mouse control takes over and i have to press (esc) for it to control my guy like it normally would.

i figure this is from some dumb script, and i can definitely isolate everything 1by1 unless anyone has suggestions for where to start...
