The downfall in Tribes2 Arena

When Ck- came out, it was funny "hahah, look it's a crayon clan" everyone was a little upset because they were smurfs, but we all dealt with it. Now it seems like it's the thing to do in arena. Everyone and their mother seems to make a smurf clan now. It's not amusing anymore, it's down right annoying.

I for one am fed up with this. Stop smurfing and show yourselves!

For any smurf that I shall see in an arena server shall suffer the most amounts of faggotry that you can handle.

I would love it if there was some sort of smurf tracker so that we could expose these smurfs for who they are.

good thing my t2 disk is broken...i hate when arena is in bad time cuz then i have to go ctfing and then i get 5fps due to my crappy geforce2

Actually there IS a way for the Client to find out exactly who the Smurf is on the server. Even though someone is smurfing the server sends the Client the GUID of the smurf. With that a simple little script can be used to get their real player name and current tag from Sierra. Even while still on the server playing.

Maybe I will throw that little script together.

It would be a nice little script for Admins even so they could identify a smurf easily and if it was someone who caused problems in the past they would know to kick them.
