Long story short: He came into a server prematch and banned me for asking him to leave.

The whole story: Apparently Julius tk'd a person or two in some server before leaving it to come play in our match. Naturally, this action sent Gunslinga panties into "in a bunch" mode. Consequently, Gunslinga comes into the server were in and threatens to ban Julius if he should ever do something similar again. This is the part of the story I don't like.

Why couldn't Gunslinga PM Julius in IRC to discuss the matter? Did he really need to come in the server all hot and bothered to waste our time? I think we all know the anwser to that one.

After listening to Gunslinga cry for awhile I told him, "thats great, you can leave now" and I was promptly banned from the server. Had I not had a smurf account handy the outcome of our fierce match could have been in jeopardy.

The whole situation is quite ironic. Gunslinga gets mad because somone did something immature, yet retaliates with the same action. The only difference is that his actions could have had more serious consequences (had it not been for T MURDAH) than a few harmless tk's in a pub.

For the record, I think Trem_r is a hoebag. The fact that this thread exists makes me cry on the inside.

Still, no matter who the admin is, kicking and banning players and captains from a TWL team in a closed server minutes before a scheduled match is to begin because they annoyed you in a totally unrelated pub game is really lame and an abuse of power. We know you don't like a lot of us but please Devon try to act objectively and professionaly when you step out of the forum whore shoes and into those of an admin.

i tk'd dragon and some other guy(dragon was my only target, the 2nd guy was collateral damage from being too close to my objective >;|) and left the server to go play in our match. i am apparantly now being threatened by having my IP banned from all nixfix servers includeing match servers so i'll never be able to compete again. all for tk'ing 2 people.
its still kinda hard to take it seriously

Actually that rocks! If you're banned from all nix servers that means we can't be forced to play on them and we can start up 22 east where cort has 10 ping. I like this! BAN BAN BAN

Yeah, well, on top of the time you acted like a little girl in that pu, it's getting harder to take you seriously.

As for the rest of it, give me a chance to reason with gunslinga to try to come to some kind of agreement not to mess with TWL sanctioned events.

Im a little cooled down now...I was fucking pissed and agree I shouldnt have banned you micah but when im talking to someone I dont need you telling me what to do.

This isnt the first fucking incident I seen Julius do this shit and Im seriously getting fuckig tired of it. but I swear juls you do this shit again and Ill fucking make sure of it that your banned...this is your last fucking warning.

Anywayz, I think we need to give some other people admin that aren't apart of the lil "group" that hangs out on nixfix TS2 everyday... IMO. It seems to me that the people on that ts2 like to grant each other favors from time to time... not saying any of them are bad admins. I just think we need to offer admin to a wider range of people instead of just limiting it to the people of one "click" so to say. What do you think? Just a suggestion.

There are a lot of admins who don't hang out on the nix ts every day and who are not in the so-called "group." In fact, more than not. If you have specific suggestions in mind, feel free to contact me, snakebite or one of the other SA's in irc.

Im sorry justin but you havent been around the community long enough to see that the people that hang on nixfix ts are the ORIGINAL people that started admining the damn servers since the mofo server so watch whos fucking feet you step on there. When you were getting all your lame fame from the gayest game on earth T:V...I and many others were admining the servers.

Im not trying to start shit here i agree I went way overboard..And I wont let it happen again. If you dont like how I or anyone else runs the servers talk to us and if we dont handle it correctly talk to jt. I cant fucking BELIEVE you would ask for admin.
