As i looked on 7man teams, most of them have enought for 10vs10 players. Is it possible to open new ladder in that case? o.O

No, they don't. To compete on a 10man ladder, you don't need 10+ people, you need at least 15-16, especially these days.

You guys managed to have about 10-12 show up for our match the other night, but that's not the case for most teams. Our roster is big enough that you would think we could play 10 v 10, but we usually have to grab 1 or 2 subs to even make 7.

Unfortunately (but understandably) the interest isn't there anymore.
