How many of those names are on FoE are also on other 7man Base teams? Isn't that grounds for removal of teams and players from said ladder?

It's base 7-man, not base++

nope they quit their teams and joined iFoE!

No they are base++ players and had no y-man base team. You cannot join two teams on the same ladder, if you try, you get a little message saying "You cannot join two teams on the same ladder."

No one plays base anyway so it's all good.
