Give PJ a break

I been reading the thread on how players are flaming PJ . Well for a scripter or programmer I feel hes doing a great job. Hes been doing it since T1 came out and still going so he most be doing alot things right. and I agree he done alot I mean alot for Tribes1& 2 community . Everyone has use his scripts. Your going to mock someone you better back up what your mocking. You think you can make a better script than do it. If you just flaming being a meaningless hearsy than don't use it. I can't sit here and see a few players just flame a great guy that brought so much to the game Tribes he could of said kiss off and kept them to him self but he bless the whole community.Remember this Opinions are like assholes eveyone have one.So Here to you PJ salute and keep Rockin bro Live on .You a True Knight that brings the game with True Honor. i agree but we dont need more threads on this.

I don't use his scripts.
But I'm not about to come here and flame him ever 40 seconds. I'll keep my opinions to myself.
Granted, I'm going to try out his new huds and stuff but I doubt I'll be using them in the long run.

I don't like flames much at all but I can relate to some of these people's frustration. I was suckered into trying that new GUI PJ was so kind to make, however, my T2 is now in shambles with more compases floating around then I know what to do with.

PJ, if you read this at all, I have a small humble suggestion for you. Maybe u could make a 'lite' version of ur scripts package. Something with a lot of the extra stuff cut out, (I realize thats highly relative but work with me here..). Like drop the buddy manager, map manager, the animations, the teamhud, and keep the simpler stuff like the kill popup window and stuff like that. I mean I can't play T2 unless I have some of your scrips. However, I use my old All-in-one version4 with most of the features removed.

I understand that you have options to check and uncheck what you want installed- but the shear magnitude of options leads to frustration and things going wrong.

All in all, its just a dumb idea. Thanks for supporting the community as best you can and I'm sorry if we don't return it to you at times.
