clarification please. at one point in rules, how you win, it states

Map Selection is Random-Attacker
Side Selection is Both-Defender

but later it says

Each team will take turns playing Axis and Allies. The defender will play Axis first, then the teams will switch sides and play again.

i always thought defender picks???

The 1st map is random. The side selection on first map is defender. Attacker chooses the OT map when challenging. And the defender chooses the OT side when accepting the challenge.
