Immortal Prophecy

Hey, I hope this is the proper way to do this. We had a match tonight against Immortal Prophecy at default time of 9:30 EST. Got home from work at 6:00 Pacific to find out that not only did we not have a match, but we forfeited the match, was docked 2 points and the other team had gained a win. After contacting an admin, we found out that apparently, the other team tried to reschedule the match for 8:00 EST. Of course, us being west coast, and most guys not getting home until 9:00 EST., none of us knew that. Basically, the other team not only tried to reschedule the day of the match, but also, posted our forfeit for us.
Hey Immortal Prophecy, WTF? Can we schedule this match for a night and time that works for us, instead of you not being able to make a time, yet posting us as forfeiting?

this isnt the right place. Dispute the result if they improperly reported a forfeit win.

We contacted an admin., and he told us to post in the make matches forum, it seems I missed, oops.

OK, now I am really confused, where do I post for make up matches? That is what I was told to do, but I do not understand how we were expected to know that they wanted to reschedule, when they apparently asked for it today, and I work and get home late.
