zblock and servers

well all of the matches that i have played (3) have not had the correct zblock. 3.2.1 or 3.2.2 have been the ones used and the 3.2.3 has been out for each of our matches. Our last match did not even have the twl config, twl lo3, or pure (1 or 2) on. we disputed one match for possible wallhacks but it was a lengthy process that wasnt really worth it because we didnt get the approval for the review. really what i am wondering is: do people know they are supposed to have zblock? and would a invalid server dispute be any easier than a cheating dispute? espically if pure wasnt even on.
If you STARTED the scrim, you waive your right to dispute the server!

In the future, if a server doesn't meet TWL requirements, refuse to start, and either get an Admin. on IRC or post the refusal in match comm. ASAP.

ANd to answer your other question, NO... some folks do not update thier servers or pay attention to config requirements.. so YOU should.
ok thanks i just re read the rules and found it

Server preference and choices are communicated through the "Match Communication" Portion of your Team Admin Console. All matches must be played on a server that has the ability to be password protected and capable of handling up to 6 players. All members should be able to connect to the server. Server disputes must be handled before match completion. Disputing a server after a match has been played will result in the dispute being thrown out.
I was wondering if we could use newer versions of zblock if they are available. At the moment the site requires zblock 3.2.3 and as some teams both play in cal and TWL i was wondering if the latest version of either site should be applied (cal uses zblock 4 beta 2)?

thx
Yes, using 4 beta 2 is fine. We just don't want to require the use of a beta product, so teams can either use 3.2.3 or 4 beta 2.
new ZBlock is out...version 4RC1. opinions, thoughts,
its the same as rc3 just has few bug fixes
Again, we won't force the use of a beta or RC. Once it is gold, we will switch to it.

So feel free to use 3.2.3 or RC1.
