Steam update no more cl_restrict_server_commands

Z-Block forces you to put cl_restrict_server_commands 0 but now that steam have removed that command on yesterdays update what am i surposed to do about z-block it just kicks players because they can't set it to zero. I have a TWL match tonight what shall i do about z-block

So what can be done then? If clients cannot change their command to this anymore?

The command is gone, and zblock has been updated, and fixed..
