So just got a new server, its not configured yet, but its gonna be just a match server, so what does everyone think is the easiest admin plugin to use with the zblock thing?
google it. its faster.
You don't need to use an admin plugin to use zBlock. zBlock IS the plugin.
Ah. so if i just use the RCON commands it should be straight? and i can disable the "War" mode to play scrims with non TWL teams?
There's no war mode with zBlock. Either you have it installed and on or it's not installed.

Considering the cvar protection and rate hacking protection, you really don't want to scrim/match without it.
i see, but lets say im playing a non TWL team, just for fun, it will kick them because they dont have their STEAM IDs registered, right? or is that only when i execute lo3?
steam ID registration? what? lol...

All Zblock does is makes sure the players connecting to your server are not using any illegal commands. Thats it. Thats all it is.

If people have trouble connecting they have to put "cl_restrict_server_commands 0" in console before they try to connect to your server.

If they still cant connect...well thats just their bad luck. They should check on their configs and DirectX level.
My pc is out of date really... If possible is there a way to play CS:S with the latest Z-block utilizing Direct X 7. I would maintain my framerates of 30 and higher if so. 10 is pissing me off with Direct X 8.0

If it ISN't possible, do you know where I could change my actual Direct X 8 engine settings? Like in the computer, so that whenever they're implemented I still have good performance? I may have answered my own question but please respond anyway...

7.0 is not possible with zBlock, and I don't know of a way to modify 8.0 in Windows for better performance. Find a good FPS config to see if that helps.
