I Think Zblock crashes my game...

Hello,

I'm having a problem with CSS, I think the problem is Zblock.

I can play for hours on non Zblock servers without anything going on, as soon as I join a Zblock protected server I start lagging/warping, after several minutes(this can be 5/10/15/30 minutes, My game crashes together with a windows error message. See here my screenshot:

http://img174.imageshack.us/my.php?image=zblock2zx7.jpg

Can someone give me advice what I should change?(something in Windows/a command in css console?)

Thanks In advance! much appreciated!

My Specs:
Windows XP Home Edition SP2
AMD X2 3800+
Asus Geforce 7900 GT
768 MB ddr ram memory
160 gb harddisk
Nforce4 nvidia chipset motherboard

Wow, I haven't ever heard of that happening and never suspected to, since zBlock is server side and not client side.

hm, strange this only happens on zblock servers.. maybe there is a conflict between Zblock and a program that I'm running?

I tried to disable almost everything...=/

If you don't believe me you can even connect to me through radmin...

Is there a Zblock support member that is willing to help me?
This it the developer's email address:

That is no error from zBlock that is an error caused by memory

it is a memory error '

how much ram do you have?

756 MB pc 3200 kingston, will buy new memory probably today or monday,
But I dont think it's my memory, these kind of error's you get often when you got a virus or when programs are haveing a conflict with eachother?
ZBlock-> another program im running?
I only get this error on CSS, only on a zblock server.

I will send The UF a mail, thanks a lot :-)

well i get it with 512ddr2 some time...

umm about the zblock thing thow i am not sure it should effect you... it hits/pings the server not you.. or so i thought
its a memory error nothing more get new ram or more RAM and you should be fine... now a days its best to have 1gb or more i req 2gb...

you could try exiting all current running programs including the stuff on the clock side of the start bar and run a Zblock CSS if it works this way you know you need to cut back on your start-up programs or need to add more RAM to compensate...
yup

How is this possible then? I always played with 756 mb memory, got no problems with my memory, always worked fine.

I got problems with zblock since the update where you have to put cl_restrict_server_command 0 in my console. How can it be my memory then? I got problems with zblock since an update from zblock.....

I tried quiting most processes as possible, some processes i just cant quit :-(, didnt work.

thanks!

could be some settings that zblock sets different then your config so cs:s uses more memory.
on public I have the little cans and stuff disabled but on a zblock server it's enabled.
It was my virusscanner

My virusscanner(nod32) gave a conflict with zblock,

now i unstalled nod32, the problem is solved...

will use another virusscanner
Please email TUF about this problem i canna see it being a conflict of programs but hay what do i know .....

Fixed or unfixed the developer should here about this
Exact same problem. EXACT.

I know it can't be something memory wise; I played CS:S fine for two months...then Re-installed Windows yesterday due to the system files moving as they do over time...

Computer runs great, by the way. Just not CSS.
