Best Rifles Only Clan???

Please post what rifle only clan that is the best and the hardest competition wise in you reply's. Please do not joke around and say your clan please. So what rifle only clan is the best?

Of the teams I have played matches against I would say ...

GvL - My ping could have been 1 and it wouldn't have mattered.

MoW - They took it to us pretty good.

All good or decent teams.

Instinct vs caliber who is better?

Well before the ar lost it's top 10 players we beat all those klans expect gpk and dbi i would say are the best....instinct and cailber are very beat able........

I've played with a lot of teams on the rifle ladders in twl. The best competition has come from:

gpk (they have good days and bad ones)
nucleus (this team should have already been mentioned)
area 51 (the only team to beat us on 4v4 ctf)
hsr ( these guys for SMACKING n3m)

As for us (dbi)
I'd say we're among the top teams. We have our rifles starters. We're not strictly a rifles clan. If we don't have the right 4 or 2 or however number playing it would mean the difference in a match.

So my understanding is the best clans are dbi and hsr? Hmm anyone disagree?

-/dbi/-, HsR (Main Team), Area 5¹, gPk, dS are by far the best rifle teams out in the community right now as far as what I have seen.

-/dbi/- Evil Lurks, Master, Lemm, Haze= your loss
Area 5¹ GoneMad, Approx, Cross, Yayo, ja1son=Your loss
gPk 3***, Zait, Stoic, Slayer=Your loss
dS Bolo, Disasterpiece, Swing, etc: Your loss

Got to throw our 2 men into this mix -- GodsWrath and ShadowHunter. 2 of the most amazing rifle guys I have watched.

Of the teams we have played:

S&D
dbi always tough. We have snuck by them by one or two so far this season.

gpk is a tough team

MoW. We've got em once but they got us the next three:/

Instinct/GvL/Own/Battery/187: Hot or not. They have some good players but arn't always on 100%


CTF:
dbi: One of the best

Area51: One of the best

Anathema: Some great shots

Gpk

MoW

If I had to pick a best, I couldn't. It all depends on the day, the roster and the map. Any team on here could beat any team on here. There are a lot more teams out there that could/should be mentioned. dbi/A51/MoW/Anathem would be among my favorite to play.


The real question is who is the best rifler!!!!!

xeno - even though he doesn't play rifles anymore, he is certainly among the top

evil lurks - it certainly does

Ives - homing bullets

Cruizer - not what he used to be with a rifle but still great... poke poke

Deltron - death with a quickness

momba - like the snake, a hidden death

Knigtstemplar - always on

GoneMAD - like heartburn, it takes an hour to get rid of him

Lemm - finds the best spots

Chitwood - fast reflexes

Ramza - do you suck at anything?

Approx- Simply loves to play. Good shot

Soze - A great shot

Sanchez - sneaky as they come

and going and going.

the list goes on....

1v1 rifles is a good time but Wawa is to camp happy.

well whatever team i'm on = the best rifle clan

the ownage of 51(in rifles) is probably at its end seeing as i left and im not sure how long approx is going to stick it out cuz pretty much the whole ctf team was replaced... and yayo cross and soze scrim sd almost all day.. so i can see them just dropping the ladder

anathema i never got to play in rifles but im sure they are rpetty good

hsr beat the shit talking nemesis so that made me laugh.. so i'll list them cuz of that.. but i never play them so i cant say for certain


so in conclusion.. when i get my team (werra) to join up on the 4v4 ctf rifles only we shall be the best.. until then.. 51 dbi hsr anathema

Well, though you guys are broken up, I'd love it if you could get your top guys from the past together and scrim us MoW guys at least once. I think we'd give you a run for your money, and I'd definitely enjoy playing a team with the reputation such as yours.

him me cross and yayo was a freaken killer lineup in uo... im still pissed that we lost for the first time when i was on vacation and i came back and found we had dropped the ladder.. grrr

If you really want to talk about "best" rifle clans. You'd have to split it into CTF and SD. As best "gametype" rifle clans, because both require different mentalities on the field to win. But, which requires more skill in terms of shooting? CTF, because you're constantly fighting it out. So, concluding:

A51 and DBI at the top:

GPK, HsR, Nucleus right below:

Those are the top 5.

*Solely based off skill not gametype, because quite frankly you don't have to have a great shot to be great in SD*

But if you want to be fair: GvL, MOW, NWO, Instinct

Yeah, I remember Cog had such a vendetta to beat you guys back in UO 2v2 rifles, and you guys dropped the ladder before we got a chance to face you (I think he did play you once with Wildcat, but I was out of town for it). But I'd still love to play you guys at some point. You should look into possibly joining the rifles only ladder with just the old a51 guys to bring us some new competition.

No, we scheduled the match but I forgot. So did everyone else lol. So we had to play like, whoever was available at the moment.

Whatever, CAL + 2vs2 ctf is all I need.

HsR's boys are good, but I have never seen them in match or scrim and therefore can't express an honest oppinion about them as a team, and the same for Area 51.

I would like to say hello on behalf of NAB to all the teams in the 4v4 CTF Rifles Only ladder. We are a new team consisting of old school players with many years of experience in the SnD/TDM ladders and are striving to prove ourselfs and put our name in this "Top Rifles teams" list.

With that said I would like to invite everyone looking for the ocassional 4v4 scrim to not hesitate and contact me, I promise you, we'll not disappoint you

Yeah, Yayo and Sphinn were a pain in the ass. Wildcat and I lost by more than we had anticipated. I swear, Sphinn bashed more times than he shot. No joke.

a51(could prob. take ladder/league if they want to)
mow(momba and deltron leading the way; need I say more?)
gpk(have always had good riflers)
gvl(good squad; can make for close, nail biting matches)

Ahhh the 2v2, good times.

Yeah, they were.

I don't even bother now because it just wouldn't be the same. Too many good memories.

We beat dbi in league play. XD. Just thought I might throw that in there. I was orginally on |H|hawks- but we merged awhile ago when the season first had sign ups.

maybe SunTzu wasn't mentioned because this thread is about Rifle Only clans?.....which we are not.....infact, we should probably consider practicing rifles only sometime.....or anything for that matter
