CS:S Leagues on Suspension

CS:S NA & EU Leagues on Suspension

Please Note: This applies to the Leagues only.

Due to the recent Steam update, Teamwarfare has decided to suspend competition on the Counter Strike: Source North American and European Leagues. We anticipate this suspension lasting until next week.

CS:S Ladders will remain open. However, if a team does not wish to participate in a match, they are not obligated to. The match can either be rescheduled or killed.


We apologize for this interruption, we'll get you back into action A.S.A.P.

I completly agree with this.. I crashed 4 times during a match the day of the update. So frustraiting

o yes great steam i remeber at summer cpl this year they decided to send out a source update....was great...

Steam has been updated again and the problems should be fixed, I presume. Is the suspension still on?

Thank God league admins noticed how screwed up the last update was. Thanks for being on the ball guys.

hey, i wanted to let u all know that they updated it, you may not have noticed it, but i did, it works great now and i havent seen any problems so far, except crashing on a respawn-mod server, which definately wasn't my fault.

It seems to be working ok again now. The euro league will still remain delayed by one week to make sure the kinks are worked out.
I suspect the same goes for the US league.
The ladders might start again soon if we get no more reports of issues.

NA league will stay suspended for this week, If nothing pops up from this update, we will plan on playing on the normal days next week.

As far as we can tell there have been no more issues. The Euro league is back up! Matches scheduled for last week are now scheduled for this week as was stated in your matchcomms.

what is going on with the NA league?

haven't heard anything pop up from this last update, so the NA League will procede this week (Oct. 4th and 6th). I see some teams have already rescheduled properly which is great. please get to your match comms and try to work things out. it's ashame this faulty update happened when it did, but let's move forward.
