completely brilliant... LETS IGNORE BIG BOLD PRINT and US vs UAF AND TG VS TITANS didnt even report who won or lost... just 0-0 looks like TG won by forfeit, and UShammer won by forfeit... too bad and I dont care if you miss the playoffs over it. Not my faullt or problem.

I think there may have been an error, because I sure as heck didn't report our match. I clicked on the admin panel and it said there were no pending matches. Then somehow the match had been reported.

Progression just came to me and said they did it. For manning up, and admitting it and not offering some weak excuse on how it was my fault IMA and Progression get their points because I dont have to go searching.

The rest of you, you have until 1 am est.

i sent you an email regarding this, once again the other team clicked on the report the match link bc they can't read. i don't think we should be penalized for that.

2 quick things, I did go onto irc immediately when my captain mentioned that the panel was gone. I talked to sixpoint on irc, and I'm a little suprised that you would make this post without checking with your league admin to see if anyone had reported any problems on irc. I talked to bos on irc too.

2nd, how did pn even do that? They didn't lose, isn't the button called 'report loss'? I've never clicked it, so not sure how it happened.

US_MCHammer - I will not tolerate illiteracy in my league. Not reading the post is not an excuse. If you are not American and can not read English THAT is a whole different story. The post Fly makes in comms is HUGE and uses COLORS, if you could not read English you could at least make the connection it is an important post. I would get it translated if you REALLY needed it.

If you can not tell 6 weeks into a league that you are NOT to report the match through the button then you have bigger issues.

Hammer, I went back and check your past matches. Out of 6 matches, you have reported 2 of them yourself which your not supposed to do. Last nights match got reported as a 0-0 and I think you guys won but I have no way to know for sure. Now the reason I say USHammer has reported their own matches is because your opponents in those other 2 reported matches have NEVER reported any other match. Just when they played you. Now about last nights match....

Then I looked at UAF's.. 5 matches, 4 reported and their opponents have no other matches reported when they play other teams. So its very likely USHammer didnt report their match. Now the question is, why, when you were supposed to goto match coms to type in the results, and you saw they werent there, didnt you come to irc or xfire immediately and say hey, there is a problem. IMA did, Progression did.

Plus, you still havent said what the results are and we are already scheduled for next week.

UAF, I am trying to contact, they might need to find another place to play or stick to ladders.

i'm telling you it's not us, i know the format and read it. however when the other team clicks the button there is nothing i can do. as soon as it happened i emailed you. i don't know your xfire and i don't know what irc is so that puts those two out. if an email isn't the correct way to go then i don't know what is. also i sent it as soon as the match ended so it's not like it wasn't prompt. we ended up winning 2-0 bc they had to forfeit, they had 4 guys but didn't want to play us. we even offered playing them with less than 5. unless you want to tell me your xfire please add me so this won't happen again. this is the 3 or 4th time the other team is screwing us, and why do they care they are reporting the loss anyways.

honestly flyguy has been running the league since they have been around for bf2 as far as i know. so if you need something for leagues go to fly. the tier system is something he came up with and has made these leagues run for 6 plus seasons. so settle down and next time talk to the man, the myth, the legend. Not knowing Fly's XFire I suppose is understandable, but you've also been registered in TWL for well over a year now, and you STILL don't know what IRC is? I mean, c'mon man, I was completely new to online gaming when I first joined here, and even I figured that one out pretty quickly. And, as a matter of fact, I do know for sure that in the BF2 Ladder forum, there is a big-ass topic about XFire names, and although I don't recall seeing Fly's in there, I do know that SixShotSean and Allen23 have posted their XFire names in there. Being that you are in a BF2 ladder, you should be checking that forum as well, IMO.

USHammer did try to contact me, it just wasnt thru the instant ways...irc or xfire. They did email that night saying coms had disappeared and they didnt do it.

The main goal of all this is to get the matches reported quickly and accurately so that teams have as much time as possible to prepare for their next match... i.e. they know what map, who they are playing ect.

When teams report their own matches, its makes it VERY difficult to findout what the score was. And since we are a points for ranking based league, its pretty important! We dont "no points" someone to punish, we do it because we cant find anything and it cant be confirmed by the other team.

When points are updated next monday/tues, USHammer will get their 35 for last weeks USHammer vs UAF match (AUF no-showed and reported). Yes, USHammer will have an easier opponent this week, but there is still a week 8, and they will still have to perform or they wont be up there. Thats the good part of this system, its self adjusting.

How about we just edit the php and remove the damn button to report.

Ahh yes. You apparently did not read his post. He plainly stated that he was NOT the one to click the silly button that should not be there.
