New CFG's for 3.0

The newest CFG, twl.cfg is an all-inclusive config that contains the settings for CTF, TS and Bomb.

The twl_2v2 config is used only for the TS 2v2 ladder.

Please download these configs and upload to your servers asap.

Is the .cfg missing some stuff?? ie:

i don't think it matters. you can change your g_password (like everyone else does) and you probably don't want to change your rconpassword just for a match.

I've noticed that the max players is 12. This leaves no room for the new Sub feature, Shoutcasters, or GTV.

New bomb-mode time set to 2 minutes per round.
Max clients raised to 15.

as for rcon, all that stuff is there for you guys to set up on your own. same with game passwords.
