Clarification Needed on Changing Maps

Can we get a clarification on the Changing Maps Rule related to the 4v4 TDM ladder?
I couldn't find it myself, maybe I wasn't looking in the right place.
It seems neither team is interested in playing at least one of the maps scheduled for us.
If both teams decide to change a map, who picks the new map ? Us or TWL ?

On ladders (and on ladders only) teams can agree to choose another map assuming both captains agree to the choice.
