Do not atempt to go to these areas especially with the flag. As a general rule, keep off of all the power lines and telephone poles along with the outer walls of the map. jumping off of the telephone/power poles is permitted; Do not attempt to walk accross the power/telephone lines, sit on the poles or hold the flag on these areas.
The reasoning behind this is that the flag is very difficult to return from these areas and the mapper did not intend to have people on the power lines. (Some of them shock you to death.)
