TeamWarfare CoD2 Euro 5v5 Search and Destory League FINAL
The match was played between the two favorites Ultimate Pain E-sports from Norway/UK and danish Notorious. Both teams was from the start of the season predicted to be the finalists, with Notorious as 1st seed and Up-esports as second seed. This FINAL however was to be even more exciting since Up-esports beat Notorious in their first match of the season on BURGUNDY.
The FINAL was played last thursday 3rd at 23:00 CET on due to wishes from Up-esports and both teams picked their map for the FINAL. Up-esports picked RHINE and Notorious CARENTAN.
Roster: Notorious
Freedom
Viper
Guana
Maturin
Spartan
Roster : Up-Esports
Darky
Sure
Prizzzzle
Wizard
Hammertime
Notorious played with Freedom as team captain since the usual captains Koichiro and Bronson was off at work. Up-esports played without their co-leader Crazy whom is usually in their line-up.
Rhine:
Match startede out on RHINE. Up-esports map, where they startede out as Axis Up-esports played tough and caused alot of problems for Notorious , not atleast due to Phrizzzzle and his trench gun, but also because they knew how to use the corners of the map to their advantage.
Notorious started off in their normal style - slow - but thanks to Viper and Freedom, who was really on a roll, then Notorious kept a tight leach on Up-Esports. When Notorious became Axis, their whole team were more or less played warm and they started to pull away from Up-Esports, especially because of exellent teamwork and strats. RHINE ended 14-10 to Notorious
Carentan:
Notorious'map, where they started as Axis. Up-Esports pressed on hard, and dispite that Freedom had gone down one notch, then Notorious kept themselves ahead of Up-Esports, especially since Guana and Maturin were now played warm and Viper still rules with the trench gun.
As american it also went well for Notorious, with Guana to cover his team with the sniper Notorious pulled seriously away from Up-Esports and when Notorious reached the 11 rounds that they needed for the win, then the balloon finally inflated for Up-Esports
Notorious was the best team on the day and won Carentan by 15-9.
Final score: 29-19 for Notorious
Man of the Match: Viper (Notorious)
