Oh for heavens sake...some players have reported these forums to be unfriendly but how can we even understand posts like the one above? Doubletap must speak the jive or something because I have no idea what was even being discussed.

Ok, if you feel my response was too harsh then I can attempt to rectify it.

A, this was very incoherent even for a free translation website.

B, he no where in his posts what ladder or league for that matter he is wanting to join. Wee have 7 BF2 Ladders that are active so how am I supposed to know which one to sign his team up for? Next, if I did manually sign him up he would learn NOTHING about how to do it.

C, if he is wanting to join a league he is in the ladder forum.

D, if he is german then he is in the completely wrong forums

Finally E, We have several 100 teams on the TWL site and they all can figure out how to join a league/ladder by themselves. I am more than happy to help someone but only when they take more than 10 seconds to request help in the forums.

And, I like to have fun and so do the people in the forums, I gave him my email address to contact me.

Why do people think admins need to hold themselves up on some pedestal, and keep themselves separate from the usual fun banter that goes back and forth between players? They're people like anyone else, they normally play on teams, compete, and do everything else a regular member does. They're not special, they just volunteer to do extra work. I actually find it quite refreshing to see an admin joke around and have a laugh, it reminds me that they're just like the rest of us in a lot of ways.
