Is this just 1.3 madness or a hack?

I've seen it happen with supply crates and artillery but, never with cars.

Yep, new commander hack and IMHO it is worse than the artillery hack, alot of servers have been getting hit with this hack the last few days. The person using the hack does not show up as commander but their name does show up when using artillery strikes (they get credit for the kills).

Its NOT a Commander hack. When our Public RANKED server was initially patched with 1.3, this happened all the time. Our server co. had to re-patch it again to stop the madness. BTW, it happens with arty, supplies, and vehicle drops. Not a hack...just a crappy server patch.

And we got to ban and report some people today for doing it on our server.

Is it a glich that anyone can do or do you have to installa hack.

I'd love to do cartillery on our lock server juts for fun...this is a funny hack !!! Annoying as hell if you are pubbing but could be funny or a private, unranked and locked server.

If I have to install something then it sucks and won't do that...but if it is a glich then I'll try and find how to do it.

install the hack and you'll end up paying for it later on, even if its jsut for fun

alot of guys from the DC days used this as an excuse when PB caught up with some of the hacks and they got banned from competitiion for a year...i wouldnt do it if i were you

not always a hack, i was commnader once when 1.3 was released and i had a ton of supplies being droped for no reason over subs in karkand. I think its a bug , but it could be that the hack can control this bug at any momment.

unless another person as the hacker made it possible to get all dropped without being the commnader.

I suggest you do some research before calling all these players hackers. I rent my public server from Wolfservers.com. When 1.3 came out, this problem started happening on our server. We actually kicked the commanders playing b/c we thought they were hacking. Then, several of my clan members (including myself), got into commmander mode and the same thing happened...so it was A BUG (unless everyone on the server had a hack running).

It's possible that there is a hack with the same characteristics. But, there is most definitely a server patch bug/glitch that causes this. As a competition staffer, you should prob get all sides of the story before posting such a close minded response.

BTW, here is our post on Wolfservers.com (with screenies) explaining the problem on our server right after 1.3 was sutomatically installed. Not only did we have the supply/arty/uav issues, the UAV was crashing in the middle of the map and staying there (Hack as well???)

Why do threads like this always have to turn into a pissing contest, I do not get it??? I never once claimed you are anyone else did not experience a similiar commander glitch due to a patch. I am simply saying the ABOVE screen is the NEW Commander Hack.

Also, Please due not assume I did not get all sides of the story, I spend MANY hours on MANY different sites reading up on the different hacks.
