The Battlefield 2 family of competition is expanding with the addition of 2 Mods.
Due to the expressed interest of a large part of the community, Teamwarfare is proud to announce the opening of the U.S. Intervention power ladder, and the Desert Conflict CTF power ladder.
The U.S. Intervention mod, based on the 1991 Gulf War, was created by Jarhedz, and can be downloaded at http://usi.jarhedz.com.
The Desert Conflict mod takes the game of Battlefield 2 back a few years to the beginning of the first Gulf War to the present time. The current release gives us CTF gameplay as opposed to the vanilla conquest mode. Further releases of this mod will include custom skins, maps from the original DC, new armies, and new models.
If you are not familiar with power ladder play, here are the benefits:
You can have a match, anytime, anywhere!
No need to schedule days in advance.
Anywhere from 5v5 to 32v32, as many as each team can field!
Multiple challenges = multiple matches. Want to match 5 times a night? No problem!
These ladders will be used to gage the overall popularity of each mod and see if either of them are worthy of being a permanent part of Teamwarfare Competition. Both ladders are now available for sign up.
