Problems with players joining teams in Xbox: Halo2 - 1 Flag CTF Ladder

I've had reports from 2 of my players that are having problems joining the Xbox: Halo2 - 1 Flag CTF Ladder.

When trying to join the team they get this error "Must Have GUID entered to Join this Competition"

Anyone else having this problem??? Please Help!

On your player profile page (via mouse overing your user name on the nav bar, then selecting account maintenance, then profile) you have to click "add another id", select XBOX GamerTag, and put it in. That's All!
