Rule Change for 12man Season 3

In an effort to assist teams with the server switches, the following rule changes are in effect for Season 3.

The "VISITING" team uses their server for round #1.
The "HOME" team uses their server for rounds #2 and #3.

"A 10-minute break is allowed between server switches. Rounds played on the home team's server should have no more than a 5-minute break."

No replies in 4 days?

No offense, but am I the only one who thinks this is more trouble than it is worth? Both teams usually have trouble meeting on ONE server at the specified time, with the correct number of players... now we have to play one round, then switch servers, have everyone load up the map, get everyone on, then resume play for one or two rounds?

And what do clans that have more than one team in the season (like ArsClan: s[Ars] and AWM both use the same server) do? While the server is robust enough to be split into 2 gaming servers (2 24-man), there could be occasional lag.

I may have missed a post.. but I guess the point of this is, why is this being done this way?

I'm sure opponents could agree to play on only one server if they so desired.

This shows how much you read the rules in the past. 2 servers have always been in the rotation.

The attempt here was to make it so you would only have to do 1 change instead of 2.

It is your choice if you want to play on 1 server.

Very good rule change, anyone who thinks otherwise is either ignorant or on the n00b-crack.

need an update on the rules page for this thread.

I was just wondering if you wanted to update the con file on this site for this change? Im just too lazy to do it my self. j/k I wanted to let you know the con is wrong now incase you didnt think of it. I just was going to use it thursday and say but wait the changes!
