GameSpy

Me and 3 of my clan mates can't get into Battlefield Multiplayer right now. It locks us up as we click on internet. We can't even direct connect to our server with our links. I heard it was because of gamespy. Is this true? And if so does anyone know when it will be back up?

Shouldnt have anything to do with gamespy. When you click "Add Server" you are by-passing Gamespy altogether.

Try the All Seeing Eye (it owns gamespy for server querying). http://www.udpsoft.com/eye

when I click on Internet my comp locks up...

Yes the master server is currently OFFLINE

You can connect to servers through gamespy and ASE. If the master server is not up by match time tonight for teams. We will have to resched the matches. Hopefully it wont be an issue and they will be back up before then

Yes we had this trouble also but now they look good to go.
