Was wondering if anyone knew of any good website to go to that I could learn how to kick/bann people while in the game.

I'm using the remote as of now, and it's a pain to have to go out of the game to kick some base raper or tker out of the game, then go back into the game.

Thanks for the reply. This is what i'm currently using now, but you have to get out of the game to kick or bann people.

I was wondering if you can just use the console within the game to do this. I have some of the commands of console, but not sure how to log in as admin with the console.

Don't mean to sound like a smart ass here.

If you go into your 1942 install folder in the /eReg folder your readmes are in there. They have all the commands avail to you while in game.

ADMIN COMMANDS:

- Admin.kickplayer *
* is equal to the player id number. Note that this command can only be run from the server, or by a user that has remote server access.

Thats just an clip but you get the idea.

I use this program myself

http://www.wennerberg.nu/shorty/index.htm

the new alias feature would almost do this but I dont think its quite as easy to use as this.
Using this program, I can hit the ~ key then alt-g to get my game list, get the player number, then hit "Alt-b" add his number and hit enter, they are banned. Just set the keymap up to so "Alt-g" enters the "game.listplayer" command, "Alt-b" enters the "admin.execremotecommand "admin.banplayer " command, its actually much easier than it sounds.

Oh dont forget you still have to login as admin, I use "Alt-a" to execute the "admin.enableremoteadmin password" command. And Shorty has to be running in your taskbar to work.

Hope this helps, or you can just edit your alias file

Damn thats nice Thanx
