Please remove D2D from TWL league season 2

A long time ago we committed to keeping the clan in only 2 leagues at a time, and with the Squadgames 12v12 Invitational starting up, we've decided to not compete in TWL's second season. We've had a great time with y'all, but wanna give SG a try now =).

On a sidenote, we might join the ladder once SG is over to fill in the downtime, but for now, ggs and see you guys on the battlefield.
